Great accommodations for a large party
Our party consisted of 7 adults and the size of the home was more than adequate to comfortable host us. The property manager was very helpful and communicative in the days leading up the trip, as well as, making sure things were good upon our arrival and settling in. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and provided easy access to the surrounding towns and highways. A nice bonus was the paved trail across the street which was convenient for a morning walk, run, or bike ride.

Great location, clean, and comfortable
An enjoyable reunion among friends where there was plenty of space to relax/rest and get ready for all of our outings. Near Louisville and Boulder. Sleep/bedroom and bathroom accommodations worked out well for 5 couples. Did not cook/eat in (or stay in the home much), based on our itinerary/activities/events offsite. Would stay here again.

Slightly disappointed
This house is very spacious as it states but is not very well stocked. We were only provided with 6 bath towels, not even enough for the number of guests we had. I was staying there for my son's wedding and the last thing that I wanted to do was laundry. I could not find any kind of dish rags or towels for the kitchen. The trash can was tiny so we were constantly taking out the trash. The pictures showed a projector in the basement which was not there. The kitchen was not very well stocked either. No big bowls or storage containers to put food in. The house is spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood but needs to be stocked better.

Clean, spacious and modern looking property.
11 friends stayed for our Ruby reunion. Place as a whole was well furnished and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped though we didn’t cook much. The neighborhood was quiet, we appreciated the very close by walking/biking trail with the mountains in the far background. Boulder down town was an easy drive. The 2 pullout beds in the living areas as listed was not available. We had to adjust with the futon in the master; we didn’t have enough towels and body wash but the local rep dropped off the same in a few hrs after we contacted them. All in all a pleasant stay.

Very spacious house
This house worked beautifully for our family to stay together. Plenty of space and everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay. It was obvious that a real effort was made to make sure we would be comfortable and have everything we needed.

Lots of Space for your Group
This home was a very large and functional space for our family to spread out when we came to Colorado for a wedding. There were four living areas, lots of TVs and two areas to eat. The neighborhood was well maintained and there was a nice walking trail not too far from the home. One of the bathrooms had some items that needed repair, so the 4th full bathroom we had hoped for was not functional (or future guests, it would be helpful to know that prior to discovering it at check-in). But besides that, owner was responsive to requests and we would consider staying here in the future if we had another large family gathering in the area.

My daughter got married in Boulder and we were able to have family and even the bride the night before her wedding all stay in this lovely house. The location was great for the Boulder area and everything was fantastic at the house. We felt “at home” and each guest was able to sleep well before the “blessed day.” We would stay again!!

Family Denver Vacation
The house was so comfortable and roomy. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with most necessary items needed. The neighborhood is wonderful and a great place to walk. Erie is a perfect location to stay when visiting Boulder, Rocky Mountains, etc. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!!

Excellent Business Retreat
We flew our team in from around USA to have a quick team meeting and this place was perfect. Fit us all nicely, clean, great view of mountains, and close to airport. Highly recommend! I could even see myself bringing my family here for a getaway.

Nice home. Residential neighborhood.
House was great. Pictures and description very accurate. Plenty of room to chill. Tons of reclining chairs. Massage chair was a great surprise. We all used it every day. We were in town to take son to CU Boulder. Neighborhood was a little further than we realized though the drive there is easy. Just a little longer than we expected as we went back and forth twice a day. Neighborhood has great hiking trails and we found a small waterfall area. That was nice. Van was quick to answer my questions and very responsive. Only advice I’d give is to turn air conditioning on sooner. It was 88 in upstairs when we got there and took almost 2 hours to cool. Would have been nice to not let it get that high. But once cooled all was great. If looking for a quiet area and a big roomy house as a home base than this is a great home.

Perfect for large family!
Erie was the perfect location for our stay. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The house was the perfect size for us and very comfy. Property owners were so easy to communicate with and made our stay amazing.

A beautiful place to stay
The home was spacious and well equipped and there’s even a view of the Rocky Mountains from the porch. Kelly was very communicative and helpful as a property manager. One of the bedrooms stayed a little chilly but other than that everyone was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Vacation Getaway!
We had a family reunion in Denver and stayed at Kelly's home. It was so comfortable & spacious for the 10 of us to stay here. It was very clean and extras like bath products were provided, unexpectedly. There were plenty of towels for everyone. I wish we could have stayed longer, if only to try the movie room, which we didn't have a enough time to try. Thank you Kelly for offering this vacation home! It was very enjoyable.

Family Friendly House
Kelly is so kind and responsive! To add, the house's layout provided enough space for all nine adults and two babies to spread out as needed, or come together and enjoy some family time. The neighborhood is clean and picturesque (we were even greeted with hot air balloons every morning)! We traveled up and down the east side of the mountains while in Colorado and Erie proved to be a fantastic location to do so! I would recommend this listing to all my family and friends!

SO. MUCH. ROOM.
This House is absolutely amazing. With our group of 6, there was plenty of room to go around and then some. If you walk out of the house and look left, you can see a hiking trail with an overlook of Mountains. So beautiful. It's in Erie, not Denver, so traveling around town to the store and elsewhere is really convenient. The garage is locked off, which was kind of disappointing for us because we were hoping to park our cars in. Never the less, it has everything you could hope and dream of in a rental property. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay here.

Spacious, comfortable home
Wonderful, spacious home, well-maintained with thoughtful touches and amenities all around. What more can you ask for? All the essentials were there, the kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. At almost 5,000 sq ft we had all the space we needed and more. The whole property and surrounding area felt open, spacious, safe, clean and upscale. Great suggestions for local restaurants and sightseeing. I've been to the Denver area many times but still managed to discover some hidden gems based on Kelly's suggestions. Thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Big house, great for our family
This is a nice home in a good neighborhood. We were pleased with cleanliness. Movie projector in basement didn’t work. Large kitchen and living rooms were nice. The walking trails across the street are terrific! Grocery store nearby was convenient. Nice to have WiFi and AppleTV. Home was quiet and was as the pictures show. Kelly was responsive even though we could not resolve the projector issue but it wasn’t a big deal as there were many other TVs and lots of games to play. Weather was unseasonably cold, so having a large home really helped to keep my family from going stir crazy. We would rent this again if available.

Excellent choice!
We came to the area for our daughter’s college graduation from CU. Several family members also travelled to celebrate and we have local family and friends too. We were able to accommodate everyone very comfortably and all spend time together with our graduate. The house is perfect for people of all ages! My 88 year old mother who can’t do stairs was very comfortable in the one BR on the mail floor and the upstairs is so spacious! The yard is very well kept and spacious as well allowing for playtime for my 5 year old nephew. The open space trail basically across the street was fantastic for walks and jogs. We were so grateful to have been able to stay at this perfectly located and beautiful property. Thank you!!

Great house, quiet neighborhood
The house is clean, nicely furnished and located next to great hiking and walking paths. Five adults and two teenagers stayed in this spacious house over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was great to be able to celebrate Thanksgiving together with a home cooked meal in this spacious house. There are two seating areas that accommodated an 'adult' and 'kid' table for the formal meal. The counter island was great for breakfasts together. There are three different TV areas so you can find your favorite football game or movie. There is also a gym and massage chair. People mostly fought over the heated massage chair!

Great home away from home!
Fabulous home away from home. Well taken care of and very comfortable. VRBO contact Kelly very accessible, though nothing was required. All went well. Needed a large space for family members attending son's wedding. Everyone was comfortable, plenty of space for two small children (3 & 5), and places for the adults to get away for quiet time. Highly recommended for those needing a large and cozy well kept home.

We had plenty of room!!
Kelly's house is spacious and with 4 adults and 2 children there are times when you appreciate some distance. The kitchen with its bar stools and dining area is great-there we had dinner for 6 adults and 4 children and never felt cramped. All the bedrooms have their own bath which is another plus since you aren't moving any toiletries around to accommodate others. The kids watched (well sort of) several movies and there was no difficulty in connecting to their cable service or wi-fi. The only problem we had was with the oven and getting it heated sufficently to roast some chicken breasts. With Whole Foods in Longmont and Boulder we had great meals-as a family. The yard is large and the kids were able to run around and burn off energy. I'd highly recommend this home!!!
