Now & Zen is a 2,400 sq ft luxury cabin designed for groups looking for a premium, nature-filled retreat. Relax on one of the two expansive decks or unwind in the hot tub while soaking in stunning mountain views. Indoors, the cabin is professionally decorated with upscale furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the home with natural light.

In case any of your group has to bring their laptop for work, the whole house is equipped with fiber internet, which means really fast wi-fi service (>500 mbps).
PARKING
There’s space for up to 4 vehicles on the driveway outside the house, handy if your group is arriving in separate cars.
SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND CONCIERGE SERVICES
Celebrating a birthday, engagement, or some other special occasion? Let us know before your stay if you'd like us to arrange something special! We can coordinate decorating services, roses on the bed, in-home massages, or even grocery delivery. We work with a local company to provide these services, making sure what you spend goes back into our local economy. These are local, third party services that the managing host is assisting to arrange, and is NOT affiliated with the property owner, and by booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner for any and all claims related to any third-party activities.
For your stay, we'll include amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash in every bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, Keurig K-pods and laundry detergent. You'll be responsible for replenishing after they run out.
Please know that the last 0.5 miles to this property includes small portions that are UNPAVED and GRAVEL. A typical vehicle can make this drive in normal weather, but in heavy rain and snow, an AWS or 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Refunds will not be provided due to inclement weather.
House is not baby-proofed. We provide 2 Pack & Plays for toddlers, a portable changing table, and gates for the stairwell, but note when you arrive there's an open staircase, and things like cabinets, table edges, etc are unprotected. Infants are welcome at your own risk.
If you'd like a mid-stay cleaning, the cost is $220 USD. Please notify your host to arrange it, subject to availability, no guarantees we can make it happen.
For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will be getting in touch with you during your stay to coordinate the best day-time to do it.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking is confirmed, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You'll receive an email from Truvi upon booking to fill out your details. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled.
HOUSE RULES - Our number one goal is to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In order to accomplish this, I simply ask that all guests follow these house rules:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM, 7 days a week.
- No more than 10 people on the property at any time, additional day guests must be approved by host beforehand.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur a $2,500 penalty if damage to furniture or any smoking odor is detected.
- Recreational drug use or any illegal activity at the property is strictly prohibited.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Renters of 30+ days may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Fireworks are prohibited from the premises.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Hot Tub: Guests have access to the hot tub located on the property, guests will use the hot tub at their own risk. Guests that are pregnant or disabled use at their own risk. No glass, bottles, or glassware allowed in on on the hot tub.
- Fire Pit: Guests have access to the fire pit located in the back of the property, guests use is at their own risk. Guest fires in the fire pit are prohibited during local burn bans.
-Peloton: Guests have access tp a Peloton located in the game room, guests use of the Peloton is at their own risk.
- BBQ Grill: Guests have access tp the BBQ Grill located on the deck of the property, guests use of the BBQ Grill is at their own risk.
