«The location and amenities of the resort were great. The pool access and proximity to the beach area were a plus. Staff and pool service was fantastic too. I would have given the heading an excellent rating except for the fact that the rooms are a bit dated and in need of a facelift. Certainly not dirty but definitely in need of an update. «Room and property clean, however one of the bedside lights was not working. When I reported it to the manager, they just made a note so I wouldn't get charged for damages, but made no effort to fix. «Honestly, I won’t stay again. We had maintenance issues that were not fixed. Were woken up at 8am from housekeeping wanting to clean the room we were in for 14 hours. When they did clean the room we were not given toilet paper and when asked to have some brought up the man at the desk said, “the desk is busy right and I don’t know if housekeeping is here” then hung up. And that was after the second time requesting toilet paper.
