Joseph, with all its charm, shops, and adventures, is just a quick 10-minute drive away 🚗💨, making it super easy to access all the outdoor fun in Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps. 🏞️🎿

Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! 😅), but don’t worry — times have definitely changed! Now, you’ll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while you’re making that midnight snack 🍕. The entryway outside your unit is the only shared space, so feel free to get cozy and relax however you like — no one’s around to judge your Netflix binges or late-night PJs! 😎🛋️

Enterprise might be small, but it's big on charm! Here’s how to make the most of your time without getting lost (not that it’s easy to do here 😄).

Downtown? Just walk outside. Yep, you’re basically in the middle of it. 🏙️ Perfect for a leisurely stroll to grab a coffee or check out local shops. ☕🛍️
Joseph is just a short 10-minute drive away for those wanting a taste of small-town fun or the beauty of Wallowa Lake! 🚙🌲
Wallowa Lake is about 15 minutes by car, and trust us, it’s worth the trip for a day of lakeside adventures. 🛶🎣
Need supplies? No worries — the grocery store is just a stone’s throw away. Perfect for stocking up on snacks or dinner essentials. 🍔🍫
Parking? Easy peasy! Free parking is right outside, so no need to stress about finding a spot.
Not in the mood to drive? No problem! Enterprise is totally walkable, and biking around the area is always a great idea! 🚴‍♀️🌞

UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES

🔊 NOISE – PLEASE READ
The Litch is a historic building without modern soundproofing. You will hear neighbors above, below, and next door, as well as footsteps on the stairs and in the hallways. The Litch is a great fit for couples, families, and friends looking for a relaxing home base after exploring Wallowa County. It is not the right place for a bachelor party or a loud group. Most guests are considerate, but occasionally a noisy neighbor checks in. Please keep noise down, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

🧸 CHILDREN
Families are welcome, but because sound travels so easily, the Litch isn't ideal for children under 8. Running, jumping, and playing can be heard clearly by neighboring guests. If you're traveling with young children, please consider whether the Litch is the right fit, and help them keep noise levels down during your stay.

🪟 VENTILATION
The windows in this unit do not open. To keep things comfortable, the unit has a ductless mini-split (AC and heat), a ceiling fan, and an air purifier.

🐾 PETS
This unit is not pet-friendly. If you'd like to bring your furry friend(s), we're happy to move your reservation to one of our ground-floor pet-friendly units, subject to availability.

👥 GUESTS
Our nightly rate covers up to 8 guests, and the unit sleeps up to 10.
• Children 12 and under stay free
• Guests 13 and older are $30 per night
Please register all guests in advance. Unregistered guests may result in cancellation.

🛏️ BEDS
Medium-firm memory foam mattresses. Most guests love them, and a few find them on the firm side.

🛌 ROLLAWAY BEDS
Rollaways come unmade with a full set of linens. Please let us know in advance if you'll need them.

🧺 LAUNDRY
There is no washer or dryer on site. A laundromat is about 2 blocks away, and we also offer a wash-and-fold service (details in our guidebook).

📺 TV & STREAMING
The Smart TV is ready for you to log in to your own apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, etc.). There is no cable or local channels. For live TV, you'll need a service like Sling, Fubo, or YouTube TV.

🔑 CHECK-IN: After 3:00 PM
• Free early check-in: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day. If the unit is ready before 3:00, we're happy to let you in early.
• Guaranteed early check-in: $20/hour, as early as 1:00 PM (arrange in advance).

⏰ CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 AM
Late check-out is available at $20/hour when the schedule allows.

🔇 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
🚭 NO SMOKING anywhere in the unit.
🎉 GATHERINGS: Visitors beyond registered guests require prior approval.
