I really like how nice the room was and comfy the bed, pillow and sheets were. It was really nice to see great quality dove brand products in the bathroom! I really love the suite room with the mini kitchen!

The hotel room was really nice, as well as the hotel in general! The only problem was the elevators were admittedly pretty dirty, idk if they've been cleaned in a while :/ The staff is nice and the hotel is right behind a really nice restaurant.

We arrived at 2:40pm from a long trip and they didn't let us check in until 3pm. No breakfast area and must be taken off site, they have very good free coffee.

I liked all of the staff they were wonderful. I just had a few things wrong with the room. My fridge was not working, phone in room did not work, and the pots and pans were put away dirty. Not enough dinnerware for 2. But got my refrigerator replaced but the ice maker still didn’t work so I had to walk to a gas station for Ice. Loved free washers and dryers for guests. And I can’t say enough about the great friendly staff.

For $160/night this place is crap. No breakfast , bathroom door did not have a lock so you have to jam a towel in between to keep it close while you were in there , shower curtain has big gaping holes in it and water will be all over the floor when you shower and last was the foot towel was already stained and dirty . I have all pictures of the property to prove it also

Amenites lacking.
Very disappointed in amenities. No ice available in hotel and freezer on our refrigerator did not work. Also no cleaning services unless you specifically request it. No phone to access lobby to advise of garbage sitting in hallway for days plus the community garbage can never emptied for days.

Really awful. Front desk lady refused early check-in even though room was ready because I "booked through a third party." Room smelled musty. Bugs throughout. Bathroom faucet was DISCONNECTED from counter. Water still flowed but the faucet literally moves around from side to side. Property is dated. There's a Marriott a couple hundred yards away. Stay there instead.

Totally Awesome Stay
Outstanding customer service from the front desk associates. Xavier and Tracy were very professional and answered all questions regarding early checkout. Didn't like the fact that large dogs were allowed; encountered a German Shepherd getting off the elevator and a pitbull was in the yard area. Both dogs were leashed but the shepherd was somewhat aggressive and could easily have pulled away from the small female that held the leash. In addition the security latch on our door was broken. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant and helpful

Sanitary Issues
After checking in and inspecting the room I noticed mold at base of wall in the restroom. So I asked for a swap of room which they obliged. This room was satisfactory but the air conditioner never really fully cooled the room off. Also the bath tub needed extra attention cleaning wise so I had to clean it myself because I didn’t want to continue swapping rooms or get to another room to have something worse.
