The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff and the owners are a absolute delight and I can recommend this property for a overnight stay. The area is very convenient and close to shopping malls and restaurants. Uber works perfectly and the area is very safe even for late night walks.

Regarding the pressure of the shower being too low, we dearly apologise. Exceptional CUSToMER SERVICE
Exceptional customer service. The hotel's shuttle personnel was there waiting for me to get out of the airport. I jokingly asked if there have a late (1:00 AM) dinner because I was starving, and my joke turned out to be true. A very highly well-prepared late dinner was available. This is unique for this hotel because most hotels I have been close the kitchen at 9-10 PM.

Night flight
We arrived in the afternoon with the intentions of getting some sleep before some of our party had to go to the airport for an early flight. The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The WiFi was good and the bed comfortable. We were completely comfortable and would definitely stay again if circumstances dictated it. Breakfast was very good and served quickly and with a smile.

Dear Stephany, we apologize for the inconveniences caused and for the fact there was a lizard in one of our rooms, which we got rid of immediately and also offered you another room but you rejected it. Regarding the TV, we have many rooms with TV, it's just that the room that was left on that day had no TV. We apologise for that as well but in my opinion that is not false advertisement because we do have many rooms with TV sets and that is also evident in the pictures on our Expedia pages. As we already discussed on phone, the reason why we could not refund you is because you booked a non-refundable rate. Price and location and shuttle to airport were nice. Room was clean. Noisy with doors slamming. Room filled with smoke most of the evening from a wood fire somewhere. If I hadn’t been so tired I would have checked to see if building was on fire. Shuttle driver took us to airport in utter silence at 2:15 am. Awkward.

Nightmare
Terrible experience at this hotel during our approximately half hour stay there. We arrived there about 11:00 p.m. Very low budget place. I don't understand where all of the good reviews came from. We checked in and we're shown to our room. Within just a few minutes we realized there were multiple dogs in neighboring buildings and they were barking Non-Stop. Even though we use ear plugs there is no way we could have slept through that. I told the owner that we have to leave due to the dog noise. He offered another room across the hall but you could still hear dogs barking from that room as well. The owner walked away and said nothing more. We decided that we cannot stay there. Fortunately there was an Uber in the area to take us to another hotel. We gathered our belongings and started to walk out the door. The owner then came out and just said the word "wow" as as we walked away to our Uber. After some searching we found another hotel but didn't get checked in until 12:30 a.m. Obviously I do not recommend this place in this barking dog friendly neighborhood.

Unfortunately on that night when you arrived, our neighbours' dogs were barking because of a certain reason. Nevertheless, the barking did not last more than 20 minutes. If you had been patient and waited for about 20 minutes, you would have had a quiet and relaxed sleep at our hotel. As you have probably read the reviews from other guests, our hotel is normally quiet. The incident of the dogs barking non-stop just happened coincidentally on that day and like i already mentioned, it did not last more than 20 minutes. It was close to the airport, in a quiet place. They pick me up from the airport and drop me off which was very convenient. It was very clean and relaxing and in the middle of a quiet neighborhood with a nice view.

Great place close to the airport
This is a lovely, family ran property located close to the airport. The air is clean and pure. We took nice walks in the town. The accomodations are new and clean. The staff was helpful. We ordered local dinner at night and it was delicious.
