When we arrived, David was there to greet us and help us get settled into our new home for the next month. We found the place to be beautifully decorated, extremely neat and clean, and very secure. Parking was super convenient right next to the entry door (Casa Bella is located inside a guarded and gated community) and ...

«Very clean, the common areas and the unit where we stayed at, but very outdated, not pleasant to see. It was ok for our 1-night stay. For starters, the way to get to the unit, it's a very dangerous spiral stairs that don't feel very secure. The door knob to enter into the unit was not secured properly (wiggly) and not easy to open since the key would get stuck. The closet of the room smelled like mold due to a hole in the wall that is right behind the bathroom, where the tub is placed. Pillows ...

«The property manager David seems he does not know anything about bookings...gave me a wrong room and wanted to charge me extra 300-400 dllS more to get a better room that I originally had payed for. Washer and dryer did not work and Jacuzzi extra charge 20 dllS more that was included in the amenities of my booking..Never going back again »
