«I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Location is good, close to the Kannai JR and subway stations. Many restaurants and bars in the area, and there's a pedestrian street with shops and malls only two blocks away. Yokohama Bay Stars stadium is merely 10 mins walk away, and Chinatown roughly 15. Two stops on the subway, and you're at Yokohama station. The rooms are clean, the staff very friendly, helpful and serviceminded. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel!»

«Helt ok hotel i nærheten av chinatown og mange kulturelle møtesteder. gode restauranter i nærheten. Fungerende wi-fi. Resepsjonen var i 3 etasje, og når jeg hadde glemt min strømovergang til japansk system var de svært behjelpelig med å la meg få låne en av dem.. Det kunne være kø ved frokosten. Jeg ble ved en anledning sittende og vente i 30 minutter før jeg fikk adgang til frokostbufeen, en buffe som var helt ok. Positivt for en vestlig gjest var at de tilbød god barristakaffe.
