«Room could use some updating, there was rust around the tub faucet, and Grey stuff was trickling down from under it. The carpet should be replaced with a floor that won't harbour germs. Saw one beetle on bed. Pull out couch needs to be replaced. Thermostat numbers are not well visualized, and it was very hot in room. Overpriced considering everything. Breakfast was good.»

«Vi hadde king suite så rommet var stort og fint. Stort bad. Kort spasertur til Calgary stampede, ca 20 minutter. Hyggelig hotell, gode senger og rent. Frokosten var derimot ikke så bra. Dårlig utvalg og lite plass i spisesalen.»

«Veldig bra alternativ til dyrere hoteller i sentrum. Sait ligger i gangavstand, hvis man orker en fin tur langs elva ut til området. Trikker i nærheten dersom man ikke vil gå. Hyggelig resepsjonist, veldig hjelpsom. Bra rom, men med en uvanlig høy seng. Kjøkken uten noe utstyr, men frokost inkludert så ikke noe stort savn. Frokost er ok, men ikke noe mer enn det. »

«Our bedroom was clean when we checked in, however, room 218 had several plumbing issues. It started with no curtains in the shower…easy remedy. However, the toilet bowl was clogged and the water plumbing connection to the toilet was leaking water. Consequently, the floor was always wet. We stayed there for six nights and paid over $2800. With no housekeeping service unless we asked for it. If you like that, it’s great, however, it would have been nice to have fresh towels delivered everyday ...
