In addition to a prime canal-front location, you are also granted access to a private deeded beach access just steps away, a year-round heated outdoor pool (which is the best pool on the island), and ample boat docks for boats 22' and under only. You can also watch manatees from the shared laundry room while you take care of your clothes





When it's finally time to relax, you can retreat to your comfortable and beautifully appointed condo. Discover a coastal-themed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. - All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

- **Please Note: While the local area is still rebuilding from the 2024 hurricanes, there may be some local construction and landscaping work being completed in the area during your stay. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.**

- Dock Info: Dock slips are available at a first come first serve basis. Boats up to 22 feet are permitted, boats are allowed to be docked for the duration of your stay.
