«I asked the young lady if there was a bathtub in our room. She said of course. We unpacked and there was not! The next day they told me only the queen beds have a bathtub. We had a king bed!»

«Gode senger.

«Upon arrival we were told that our reservation didn’t start until September 23, 2026 even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. The front desk found a room for us but they also charged us again saying that they didn’t work with “third parties “ (meaning Expedia). «The water pressure in the shower was a little low and the refrigerator in my room was a little noisy but I still enjoyed my stay overall. My room was very clean, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. And the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good.»

«Room was spotless and renovated! Loved the coffee machine in the lobby!»

«Bra hotell like ved Sesame Place, men det burde opplyses om at det allikevel ikke er mulig å gå dit pga trafikk og manglende gangvei. Aircondition var særdeles bråkete, og alt bestikk og kopper var engangs. Utover det var service og rom veldig bra. »

«The room was very accommodating and the breakfast options were plentiful.»

«Clean room and Staff are friendly and helpful»

«Excellent Hotel !!!! Highly recommended!!!!»

«We spent 3+ days with this hotel and found the staff to be helpful, attentive and kind. The outside fire pit went out while I was sitting there and when I told the staff person not to worry, he insisted he would get it to light back up. - gas or propane type. Apparently he learned it had a timer so all fixed. When our tv/ remote wouldn’t work, they got right to figuring out the problem and solution. The room was clean, the beds and pillows comfy and the AC worked well. All kitchen needs were ...
