Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV, and access to a shared bathroom.

The kitchenette has many features including a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, waffle maker, toaster oven, and blender.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2 night minimum in advance year-round.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
