[Notes on Pets and Parking]

* 2 dogs are allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dogs at the time of booking. Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s. Any damage caused by the dog/s will be charged to the guest. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the rental property. All pet waste must be bagged and disposed of.
* $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee will apply- dogs only
* Parking for up to 6 vehicles

* Early check-ins/Late check-outs: Early check-ins and late check-outs are only available upon request and approval given the level of care it requires between guests to ensure it is up to our cleanliness standards
* $500 refundable security deposit required for each reservation
