DESCRIPTION:
Isle Getaway is a favorite here in Spinnaker's Reach. This home is truly built for a family vacation and here are a few reasons why... As you walk in on the ground level of the home you will find a spacious bunk room, full bath, and a living room area. This is also where the elevator begins its service to the 2 floors above.
The second floor of Isle Getaway is where the living room and kitchen are located. Both the living room and kitchen have been kept up to date with new sofas, TV, as well as kitchen utensils, and cookware. Also located on the second floor is a screened-in porch for dining but the open, yet covered deck, overlooking the private pool is probably used a bit more. Just across the hall from the kitchen, you will find the laundry room and to the left, you will find a guest room that has a King Bed and private bath.
The third floor of Isle Getaway is the last serviced by the elevator and is where the other sleeping spaces are located. Here you will find a king master suite, queen suite, another room furnished with a queen bed, and a hall bath. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all bed linens will be laundered between guests, even the comforters.
The fourth floor is a comfortable loft area that has sky-high views of the surrounding neighborhood. This space has been furnished with a daybed and trundle in case a bit of shut-eye is required.
Isle Getaway is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The community pool and beach access is at the corner of Louise Howard Court and Shipwreck Lane. This is approximately a 10-12 minute stroll from the house or an even faster golf cart ride. Cart parking is provided at the pool area.
