Ocean Front Condo Just Steps to the Beach

Looking for a romantic getaway, a fun place for the family, or an exciting fishing destination, Char's Cozy Condo is the place to be! Relax in the tall adirondack chairs on your private deck while looking at the ocean or watching the sunset or sunrise with your coffee.
Gorgeous luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the living area and comfortable, plush carpet
in the bedrooms, a kitchen, dining area for 4, master bedroom with
en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with adjoining bathroom. The open
living area and each bedroom have their own flat screen televisions with cable or use your own provider to stream your favorite programs. Cable and WiFi included or log into your personal streaming channel. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms are upgrades from most beach rentals. Come, stay at Char’s Cozy Condo;, relax and enjoy the comfort of home away from home. Full size washer and dryer in unit.

Our place is a top floor (elevator nearby), two bedroom and two bathroom, ocean front condo
with spectacular bird’s eye views of the surf and sand. The kitchen is equipped to make those special meals when you don't want to eat out at one of our many delicious restaurants. Enjoy eating inside, on the deck, or pack up your meal and walk to the beach to watch the sunset!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open space, great for relaxing. The table seats 4 people and is large enough to play games or do puzzles! There are 2 bar stools for extra seating. The living room and master bedroom include smart TVs with cable, BluRay and DVR. The bathrooms were recently upgraded with large, walk in ceramic tiled showers. Plenty of storage throughout the condo to put away your items. There are two sand volleyball courts adjacent to the property including a covered pavilion. For those who don't want sandy feet, the seasonal pool is inviting with chairs, tables and umbrellas. Ready for a little more exercise, bring your equipment and take advantage of the newly upgraded outdoor sportsplex - tennis, pickle ball and basket ball courts, corn hole and miniature golf.

My sisters and I brought my elderly mother because she wanted to "see the beach again". this condo fit the bill perfectly. There was a great view of the beach from the deck and a very accessible walkway to the ocean front. I highly recommend this great place to stay.

An idea stay
Our group of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Char’s Cozy Condo in Emerald Isle. The view was beautiful; the condo was updated and clean; and the property was well-maintained. Char communicated before, during, and after the stay yet was never intrusive. We’d be happy to stay again in the future.

Easy beach access
Property was clean, grounds were well maintained. Very short walk to the beach/pool. Property is adjacent to a popular beach access so don't expect to be the only ones on the beach. Communication with Property Manager was good and she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing condo and great hostess!
We had the most amazing stay and absolutely loved the place! Char thought of all the little things needed to move in and start relaxing right away. Everything was super clean and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back next year! We loved the personalized welcome sign and made us feel very special ❤️

This place never disappoints!!
This is now our third time staying at Char’s condo and she’s made some nice upgrades! New lounging chairs in the living room and an addition of a table out on the balcony were nice new touches. Once again, the place was spotless with excellent quality towels and all of the amenities needed to stay for a week. The convenience of having a washer and dryer has helped us to pack less than half of what we used to since our first stay. Access to the beach is amazing and there’s been an addition of a plank pathway from the end of the wooden deck down to the beach. This makes it much easier to walk up the slight incline and makes it super easy to get our wagon to and back from the beach! As always, Emerald Isle was never too busy, there was always plenty of room at the beach. The ease of going anywhere on the Crystal Coast is super easy from the condo. Parking was excellent as always and being within a gated community gives that extra sense of safety. It’s a shame we can only give it 5 Starts!!! Pat & Lori O.

We loved our time at Char’s condo! Close to the beach, and great views from inside and out on the balcony. We enjoyed cooking dinner in and eating out in Emerald Isle. The pool at the property was also a nice place to swim. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Stay!
we stayed only a few days, but enjoyed every minute! Char was extremely attentive and provided a ton of information about the surrounding area! We had one sweltering day and thoroughly enjoyed the very short walk to the beach. In the evening we sat on the deck and watched the clouds roll in over the ocean. Gorgeous view and extremely comfortable and cozy condo! Excellent stay! Thank you, Char!

Friends adventure to the beach
4 days at Chars Cozy condo we really enjoyed it. Easy beach access and great location to resturants shops, groceries. We had wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great place and hope to return. First time my sister in law had been to beach in 10 years she said it was perfect.

Weekend Getaway
Great location, if you like the beach and want to stay ocean front. Two bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. This condo is very comfortable and the hostess thought of everything. We found a very casual seafood place Fish Hut Grill. Highly recommend. Great bookstore in the Food Lion shopping center. Great fishing pier minutes away. Otherwise, the area isn't over commercialized, just the want I love it.
