With both open and covered decks offering ocean and sound views, you’ll always have the perfect spot to relax and take in the coastal breeze!

Inside, K Kamp has been beautifully refreshed with thoughtful updates throughout, including new paint, flooring, living room furniture, light fixtures, bar stools, shiplap ceilings in the main living areas, and new TVs - creating a bright, welcoming space that feels both fresh and comfortable.

The main living level is designed for gathering and unwinding. A spacious living area with cathedral ceilings and a flat-screen TV is perfect for movie nights or simply enjoying time together. The dining area invites friendly competition with card games or puzzles, while the fully equipped kitchen and bar area make it easy to prepare anything from quick snacks to family meals.

The home offers a variety of comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone in your group.

Bedroom #1 is an Oceanfront primary suite featuring a Queen Bed, flat-screen TV, private bath, and direct access to the deck - ideal for waking up to the sound of the waves.

Bedroom #2 also offers an Oceanfront Queen Bed with deck access.

Bedroom #3 includes Two Twin Beds on the Streetside.

Bedroom #4 boasts a Twin/Double Bunk Bed on the Streetside of the home.

*Bedrooms #2, #3 and #4 share a Full Bath.

Additional amenities include central heat and air, ceiling fans, high-speed wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and an in-ground charcoal grill. The ground level features a convenient ramp for easy access and a hot and cold outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
