Level One:

• Bedroom #2: A spacious King suite crafted for ultimate relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of a private bath, TV, and direct balcony access - an ideal spot to savor your morning coffee while taking in the view.

• Bedroom #3: A calming Queen bedroom with its own TV. This room shares a conveniently located bathroom.

• Bedroom #4: A delightful bedroom with Two Twins, ideal for younger guests or extra sleepers. This room includes a TV and shares a bathroom with Bedroom #3, making it both comfortable and practical.

Ground Level:

• Bedroom #1: A serene Queen retreat complete with its own TV and private bathroom, perfect for quiet evenings and restful nights.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
