Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open-plan living room and kitchen, adorned in a modern style with vibrant colors. The living room features a comfortable three-seater sofa, two armchairs, a 43-inch television, and high-speed WiFi. A fireplace is also available for the winter months.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, full-size refrigerator with freezer, and a coffee maker, catering to all your culinary needs.
The main guest bathroom is designed with a modern and minimalist aesthetic.
The first bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed and spacious wardrobes. The use of stone and earthy tones creates a relaxing atmosphere, complemented by a patio door that provides access to the pool.
The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with comfortable queen-size beds, private bathrooms with showers, and large wardrobes. Both bedrooms offer access to and views of the villa’s pool through large patio doors.
The exterior area features beautifully landscaped gardens with an olive grove adjacent to the pool, providing a serene environment for relaxation. Sunbeds are available for sunbathing, and the outdoor lounge includes a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a table for your comfort. Additionally, there is a dining table for eight, ideal for outdoor meals. This idyllic space promises a wonderful stay with all the comforts.

Olive Grove Luxury Villa is ideally located, just 4.5 km from the MV Demetrios Shipwreck, 3.2 km from Paphos Old City Center, and 1.3 km from a grocery market (Lidl), cafés, and restaurants.
Your stay at Olive Grove Luxury Villa promises to be an exceptional experience, combining comfort and luxury in a beautiful setting.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
