We had a pleasant stay. Lovely staff was welcoming and professional. Our pooch was treated to a blanket and cookies. Nice touch! The room was comfortable but had a slightly musty smell which could simply have been that the carpet may need a deep clean. Toilet was sluggish in flushing but we managed. But we were happy for the most part and will book again when in the Ellesworth area.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. They were all so kind and willing to help. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were awful. They had a basic breakfast and they had soup at night. We really like the hotel and had a great stay.

I was safe at the room. I was slightly unnerved by having to park towards the rear of the building and it was not in view of the street, but had another building closer to the road. I did not feel entirely safe walking back from my vehicle as a single female. All was ok, but I wish the parking was in view of anyone that could see if someone had a safety issue. there were large trucks in the front parked horizontally taking the front of the building spaces.

Great service
Stayed two nights. Quite impressed. Great staff/service. Biggest surprise was available free food. In addition to breakfast, there were cookies on arrival, hot and iced coffee bar at all hours, and hot soup in the afternoon.
