Here you live in a quiet and sunny part of the village, just 300 metres from a beautiful sandy beach and wonderful bathing opportunities in the sea. The house is surrounded by blooming flower beds, rocks and a green garden – a perfect place to relax, spend time together and create unforgettable summer memories.

The holiday home is 124 m² in size and can accommodate up to 8 guests, distributed across three bedrooms. Both bedrooms in the house each have a double bed (180 cm), and the guest house has another double bed (160 cm). Two additional fold-away beds provide maximum flexibility. Inside, you can expect spacious, bright rooms in a cosily furnished home. The fully equipped kitchen offers: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. The living and dining area offer views of nature, a television and fibre-optic internet. There are two bathrooms – one with a shower and one with a bath – as well as a washing machine. In the outdoor area there are several seating groups, both covered and on the large terrace. The green property is beautifully nestled in the rocky landscape and offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. There is parking available on the property for up to three cars. Access to the sauna is obtained through membership in the local jetty association, which is located at the large bathing area. There you will also find jetties, a diving tower, a trampoline, bathing huts and a fantastic bathing landscape – ideal for young and old!



Activities in Ellös and surrounding area:

From the house you can quickly reach the beach, rocks and jetties on foot – a paradise for children and adults. The area offers good fishing opportunities, beautiful coastal walks and wonderful nature. In Ellös there is a supermarket and a restaurant within walking distance. For excursions, Henån and Mollösund are only a short drive away. Discover the charming coastal towns of Bohuslän, hike in nature reserves, visit the Pilane sculpture park or take a boat tour through the archipelago.



Good to know:

• A deposit of 2500 SEK is to be paid upon arrival. Refund will be made approximately one week after departure, provided the house has been left in proper condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be hired: 190 SEK/person or 60 SEK/person.

• Final cleaning is not included in the rental price. Guests are responsible for cleaning themselves; all cleaning supplies are provided in the house. In some cases, final cleaning can be booked for an additional fee; further information can be found in the house guest folder.

• Electricity is charged at 3.5 SEK per kWh from 1 October to 30 April. During the rest of the year, electricity is included in the rental price.

• Please note: In the low season, we ask you to inform us in advance if you wish to use the guest house, so that the owner can heat it in time before your arrival.

• Charging electric vehicles at the house is not permitted. The nearest charging station is at Hemköp in Ellös (approximately 1.3 km).

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups and parties are not allowed.
