The primary suite offers a king bed with ensuite bath on the main level, with two single queen bedrooms, and an additional upstairs bedroom with two queen beds. In the lower basement level, there is a final bedroom that features two queen beds.

The open-concept living area centers around an indoor fireplace, with upscale finishes and plenty of space to gather. Additional highlights include a private home theater, separate office/workspace, and wine cellar/storage room.
