DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



A Happy River Song is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:

The living room has a gas fireplace (active only Oct 1st- Apr 1st), and 30' Emerson Flat Screen TV

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags,dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $130 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
