Welcome to our Ellicottville Lodge - a retreat featuring luxe design, amazing views, and a fantastic location for every season. After a day enjoying all the outdoor activities Ellicottville has to offer, roast some s'mores over the bonfire, BBQ dinner to the sounds of nature, or relax in the hot tub while gazing at the stars.

Set on 5 beautiful acres of forested countryside - yet just 3 miles (4 minutes) from the center of Ellicottville - this custom-built Douglas fir timber frame lodge is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Expertly designed and beautifully decorated, it features distinctive craftsmanship throughout, with the warmth of an open concept and grand timbers. Each of the 5 bedrooms is spacious, well-appointed, and fully equipped with everything you need. The great room's beautifully masoned fireplace is the perfect spot to cozy up year-round and create unforgettable family memories.

We've stocked the lodge with everything we could think of for a comfortable stay - a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens & towels, hot tub towels, yoga mats, indoor & outdoor games, baby items, propane, firewood, and much more. It has all the amenities of a modern home, including multiple TVs and high-speed (fiber optic) WiFi.

Sleeps 17 guests with 5+1 bedrooms (the +1 is an open loft). There are 3 full bathrooms (1 on each level) plus a main floor powder room. Here's a list of the beds in each room:

* Upstairs bedroom #3: 2x Twin beds + Twin over Double Bunk bed (the 2 twins were added after the photos were taken)
