Little Elk Lodge is a charming log cabin located in a quiet, secluded area just 20 minutes from Banner Elk. This nearby town offers local favorites, restaurants, grocery stores, and various conveniences. If you're looking for outdoor activities, Sugar Mountain is only 30 minutes away and provides year-round options such as skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and mountain biking. Additionally, Beech Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are all within a 40-minute drive. For nature enthusiasts, popular hiking trails and waterfalls, including Elk River Falls, are just 25 minutes from the lodge.

Inside, Little Elk Lodge features warm wood floors, high vaulted ceilings, and tongue-and-groove woodwork throughout, creating an authentic mountain cabin atmosphere. The main floor living room features a stacked-stone gas fireplace, a kitchen with granite countertops, and a spacious deck with seasonal mountain views. There is one master bedroom on the main level, furnished with a queen bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find an additional bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. The loft area features a foosball table and a sofa that converts into a double-size pull-out bed, providing extra sleeping space for two guests. Please note that the lower level, which includes a play area with a basketball hoop game, is currently not heated or air-conditioned.

After a day of exploring the attractions and activities of the High Country, you can enjoy starry nights around the fire pit with family and friends. Little Elk Lodge has Starlink internet, a washer and dryer, and central heating and air conditioning on the main and upper levels. **Please note:** TV service at Little Elk Lodge is limited to streaming from personal accounts only.
