«Much better than I expected. Place was clean and has been well attended. Cons were when we were in the office, and could not get back to our car because the two customer entry gates did not work with the card key and the front desk attendant could not explain that we had to walk through the main gate where the cars come in. »

«It took an hour to check in because it seems that rooms were not ready even though I had a confirmed reservation. So we had to wait outside in 91 degree heat because they were having everyone check in through window. AC was broken and I had to put tape over a hole that a large bug was coming out of. Almost got hit while walking from staff throwing a bag of empty soda cans over balcony. So thankful for Expedia customer service help.»

«The room looked clean and the beds were neat. However, there was a smell that was like that of homeless people who have not showered for days. I also saw a few cockroaches (or other bugs) in the bathroom area.
There are nearby restaurants and a grocer, and the freeway is very close. This location is convenient for travel. I did not use laundry service and my interaction with the staff was minimal but okay.»
