«We changed to this hotel. And are we glad we did. What a great place. Ideal just out of the city centre, one train stop away. Station right across the road. Super facilities, everything clean. Great bar with good choice of beers. Great food. Plenty of space. Staff always friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again if in the Gong.»

«After driving three and a half hours to reach our accommodation, we were shocked to be told on arrival that our room had been cancelled. We received no phone call, email, or any form of communication beforehand.
When we spoke to the hotel staff, they repeatedly blamed the third-party booking platform, saying that was the reason for the cancellation. This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing ...

«The room was very clean and comfybeds. The food at the bistro was great and good value. The downside was one of the men’s toilets and shower that was shared was blocked and traces of vomit in the sink and left over sandwiches in the shower. To be fair this is a problem with at least one of the guests; NOT the hotel»

«Booked a family room, 2 adults and 2 kids, and paid 5 star hotel prices for Motel feel. The kids got a pull out couch that had both kids roll into the middle, and we only got 3 sets of utensils etc, not 4. Place is suited for couples, but has to lift it's game for families »
