«Tingum Village is run by a truly magnificent and highly respected local woman named Juanita who's family has deep rooted connections to the island and is heavily involved in supporting the local community. It is not a super luxurious stay (so you should not expect it) but you are made to feel like you belong and the hotel has everything you need to have an enjoyable time (golf carts for rent, fun bar, nice restaurant with live music, and no frills rooms that are comfortable)»

A 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach to then be taken care of by the beach attendant for the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, refreshments, towels, music,…. «This small and modern property offers squeaky clean, comfortable accommodation right on the water. Boat -watching and peaceful well-tended gardens make for a relaxing stay. The rooms have high ceilings, a large desk, huge tiled shower, a kitchenette and chairs which can be used outside on the covered deck. It is very convenient to have coffee, a drink or a meal steps away at Wrecker’s. The staff there are really great. »
