I noticed security was posted throughout the resort at every point of entry and this gave me a sense of comfort. Food was excellent- lots of dining options. We were very pleased with room service! «We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans ...
