«Amazing stay in the jungle, surrounded by nature - hummingbirds at breakfast, monkeys foraging in the trees above the hammocks each afternoon.
Total relaxation, close enough to Tikal and a great nature hike with a couple of restaurants down the road. (the in-house options are wonderful)
Our hosts were awesome - always smiling, helping in any way they could, cooking up delicious and reasonably priced breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Rather good selection of rums if the mood takes you.

«Hotel was OK but definately not a "luxiurious 5 star" like the staff at the hotel seemed to think. Because of this the prices for meals and some transportation were ridiculous. We needed to take a shuttle from El Remate to Belize City and therefor needed a taxi from the hotel to El Remate (4 km). The hotel informed us this short trip would cost 40 dollars (!) When we called the tour company in El Remate the could come pick us up for 5 dollars. Also the hotel staff added a couple of false items ...

«Stayed here only for 1 night as I could get reservations for only a day. The reception staff was very helpful. It’s a delightful inn. The beds were very comfortable and I got the best sleep of my life. All the linens were spotlessly clean. We had excellent breakfast and dinner. The choices were very many. Good choices for vegan/vegetarian folks too. It is so quiet at night that one is automatically rejuvenated. Would highly recommend this place. »
