Great stay for 2 days
I had a great time in this hotel, that is quite new and modern. Good value for money. The room was big and clean. Wifi worked ok. ATM at ground floor. The hotel is in 3th and 4th floor and therefore quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful - fixed boat trip for next day and free transit to the El Nido airport (highly recomended to go here in stead of airport in PP with 5 hour transfer by car to El Nido). Ok breakfast. Not best location but you just take tricykle to downtown for 50 pesos - no problem.

2 nights
Relatively new and clean hotel, but there is a strong uncomfortable smell in the room that was not pleasant. Might be cleaning agents or humidity. Slightly limited breakfast unless you appreciate the local style. Location wise it is walking distance to El Nido proper and also the places along coron coron. You will find tricycles the moment you go out.

Møkkete og nedslitt hotell.
Rommet og hele hotellet er nedslitt og møkkete. Flekkete laken og håndklær. Ekstremt lytt og utsikten fra rommet ut mot bakgården er helt forferdelig da den er full av søppel. Frukosten er ikke noe å skryte av, alt for lite å velge mellom og brødet er tørt.

Dear Guest, We apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered during your stay. Regarding our linens, we have been fully booked since december and we have been sending half of our linens to a 3rd party laundry service. It must be from them. We will inform them about this though. As for the back yard. As much as we wanted to please every guest, its not part of our property anymore and beyond our control. The bread being served every morning are always freshly baked the night before but we understand that our breakfast are not for every one. Thank you! Best Regards, One El Nido Suite

Huge rooms, good breakfast except buffet refilling was very slow, staff isnt that helpful, i asked late checkout for just 1 hour several times but i was simply told not possible

One El Nido suites is exactly as described, although the location is at the north end of Coron Coron beach and not where Expedia shows it. This was better for us as we could walk to El Nido beach town in 10 minutes. You are also right next to the jetty at Coron beach which is excellent for island hopping tours. The facilities and breakfast are basic but what you would expect from a 3 hotel. The staff are really helpful and friendly, even helping me setup a local SIM card on my phone. There is a convenience store next door and across the road that pretty much sell everything you might need and restaurants at Coron beach are within walking distance.

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is within walkable distances to downtown El Nido and bars along Corong Corong beach. (I highly recommend stopping by Sip Sunset Lounge around sunset for great drinks, great service and cool vibes). You can also easily take a trike to Las Cabanas beach from this area for the best sunset views. When we arrived in El Nido the hotel had forgotten to pick us up at the airport even tho we had confirmed within 48 hours and had to wait about 20 minutes for a pickup. Also note that WiFi does not work in all the rooms and you have to go into a common area. Aside from that the rooms were clean and that does go a long way. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very closed in the island hoping ports, it’s only on their back and walkable. It’s very cleaned and very good location. All the rooms are big!

We would give 5 stars just for the staff alone. Your staff is truly amazing! Each one is extremely friendly and very accommodating. Our room had a view of the beach which is so nice to wake up to every morning. The room is spacious and has everything we needed for our stay of 7 days and 6 nights. Thank you for taking care of us! We will definitely choose you again.

Comfortable stay
The hotel is unassuming on the outside however within, the rooms are very spacious and all amenities such as a kettle, drinking water, hairdryer, toiletries and mugs are provided. A hot shower with a rainfall shower head was much appreciated. Our room had floor length windows with blackout curtains. The view of the sea was lovely to wake up to. The AC is adjustable and the beds were pretty comfortable. Hand wash was not provided, however soap was. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There is 24h security. Security called us a tricycle when we needed a ride, even in Christmas Day. The front desk answered all of our questions and offered suggestions too. We booked Tour A with the hotel for the next morning after arriving the night before; we really enjoyed the tour. The tour guide collected us from the hotel downstairs. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast which differed over the two days we stayed. The kitchen staff were extremely accommodating too. The view from the rooftop venue where breakfast is served is beautiful! We stayed over Christmas break and checked out in Christmas Day however all faculties were available as usual in the hotel. Good location for us, right by the bus terminal where our transfer from puerto princesa dropped us off. A heads up, there are ants throughout all of el nido so would suggest keeping suitcases closed when not being used. There is a supermarket close by with extremely reasonable prices.

Good location but beach isnt that nice and is a10 minute walk. Buffet breakfast only available on the weekend. Limited selection but what was available was ok. During the week breakfast was ala carte, also limited selection. Food was ok.

Breakfast is included and the view is spectacular. We just had a problem regarding our keycard not working we had to use front desk key card and also the room that we stayed in has a smell and i think it's coming from the bathroom so we had to request a air freshener.

Excellent !
Cet hôtel est très confortable, la chambre est spacieuse, pratique, bien insonorisée. La literie est excellente , la climatisation efficace et silencieuse, et la salle de bain parfaite. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est commode, près des embarcadères, des commerces, des restaurants et juste à côté du marché. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et compétent. Merci beaucoup à eux. Le petit déjeuner offert est correct, sans plus.

The stay was nice, but they did forget to pick us up at the airport, and the WiFi was down for the first day and a half. But the staff was friendly, the breakfast, while basic, was good.They did accommodate our early arrival which was very helpful. We would stay in this hotel again.
