«This beautiful property is located minutes awayfrom the airport, and it is really nice! The hosts are very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The room was spacious, clean, pleasant an fresh, with quiet and efficient aircon. A spacious bathroom with a nice spacious shower was greatly appreciated. The pool is wonderful. The self service breakfast was convenient and nice. We stayed two days and would be happy to have stayed longer!»

«I really enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. The hotel is centrally located, so it was easy to walk to many of the city’s main attractions. The hotel staff were also friendly, efficient and very helpful. I honestly did not want to check out. I will make sure to stay there again if I am ever back in Trinidad. »

«This used to be a good hotel years back when it was Crowne Plaze, but those were the days! Now the hotel is worn and the service poor. I have been staying in many hotels around the world during this pandemic and that will not be their excuse. Twice they forgot to bring my food to my room. There was no way to pick it up myself. Had to sleep hungry that night!»

«The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. «Pax Guest House is in a heritage building so it is important to know that some of the facilities are older. This did not impede our stay but it is something that visitors should be aware of before arriving. Both Gerard and Oda were wonderful hosts and made our time in Trinidad that much better. «The staff is kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. This is a small group of cabins on the side of a rainforestountain with natural pools and a 100 year old main house recently renovated. The food was delicious and healthy. But most of all, the staff was so generous when we were late for meal or needed help with the layout of the grounds. It's a place of magic and stillness. »
