«My stay at Cocoplum Beach Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel offers excellent facilities, delicious food, and outstanding standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Andrés. I would happily stay here again!»

«First of all.. ALL the staff was wonderful... and the views from the rooms were amazing. NED TO IMPROVE SECTION: from the outside the hotel looks great, but the rooms are poorly maintained. once again, nothing related to the staff, but to management not investing into the structure and let it rundown to the the stream. As an example: every time we washed our hands, in our BR, our feet got wet. It rained few times and every time the water came into the room throughout the bottom of the door ...

«We were very happy with our stay at Decameron, it is what we needed. However, Expedia website mention we were entitle to shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back, but we never got anything to prove, so we didn’t have that service, and had to pay taxi from our own money.»

«I’ve been coming to San Luis Beach Hotel in San Andrés for years. It was never a perfect property, but what always made it special was the peaceful beachfront atmosphere and direct access to one of the best stretches of beach on the island. Unfortunately, that peace is now gone. The hotel is now offering day passes, allowing outside guests to come in, drink, party, and overcrowd the beach area with wristbands. What used to feel relaxing and exclusive now feels busy and chaotic. Instead of ...

«Tourist trap to be avoided at all costs. One of the most expensive places to stay on San Andres and not worth a fraction of the price. Food/Dining area filthy. The food mediocre at best, Grounds in disrepair. The pool extremely overcrowded, very noisy and essentially useless. Place not convenient to ANYTHING. Not walkable. No public transportation. You are stuck here except for $30USD cab rides. NO WIFI On property except IN THE LOBBY … where everyone is trying to use one weak signal. Would ...

«If the purpose of your trip is to relax and looking for calmness THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!.. GREAT breakfast options & cocktails (BartenderGabriel was the best)! Place is spotless, staff is super friendly… coming from NYC this place was heaven. Wish there were more option for meals. Just 2 things don’t take taxi from hotel they overcharge just for being Zafi; same as the mulita better go off the property. Other than that was a awesome stayed, central to everything & walking distance … ...

«I loved the room and the location. I didn't realize it had no windows or balcony. Most don't I think. It said "Interior" so I guess I didn't understand what that ment. Also they have a kettle and tea, but no cups. You get one coffee a day at the reception and it's not very good. But the location was perfect and a nice hotel in general. »

«Our stay at hotel boutique Casa Hendaus was ok to some degree. We had booked a Delux room and what we got was next to Delux. First a small room (105) without Windows and next a smaller room (201) with window. We were shown another larger, but no Windows, só we chose to stay in 201. The neighbourhood is quiet and only 5 mins by cheap taxi to Town center. A walk to the beach walking área takes only 15 mins. The Hotel is beautifully decorated in Aseatic style. Reminds us of Thailand. The ...
