Our unit is located on the second floor, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs. Please consider this when booking. The unit itself is 1 level.

:::::::::::::LATE CHECKINS /CHECKOUTS:::::::::::::
Check-in is at 3pm, and check-out is at 11am.

➦Our cleaning team will arrive 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check outs will be charged $100/hour.

➦We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule.

➦Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

➦Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
