Located closest to the Arrow Bahn Express lift and inside Arrowhead’s gated community, our top floor Apline Club condo offers the best and closest ski-in-ski-out experience. Adding to the ‘best location’, we strive to provide unmatched service. Our private concierge will meet you upon arrival helping everyone become acquainted with all the features of our location, and help you seamlessly move into the condo. Once inside the condo, you will note the “Property Fees” have provided you coffee, all toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms for your stay. All supplies have been provided with your personal food items being your only detail to consider. This recently remodeled Alpine Club condo boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and will surely please even the most discerning guest. Skiing convenience is at a premium as you access our private ski locker and then exit the building into Arrowhead’s covered Breezeway with only 50 short steps to the lift. Need lift tickets? These are offered inside the breezeway as you walk to the lift. Skis and snowboards can be rented and delivered to the condo through Beaver Creek. No location has easier access to skiing/snowboarding.
After skiing/snowboarding our ideally located condo is also closet to the large outdoor hot tub and year round heated pool. Or sit by the fire pit at the base of the Arrow Bah lift and enjoy a spirit from Broken Arrow. Then please relax in our newly remodeled unit (completed in 2020) with 4 new recliners, updated electronics, and two outdoor decks - one with a gas grill. An electronically controlled memory foam mattress awaits you in the master bedroom too.
Once dinner time arrives, the condo’s location again shows its worth with a short 1 1/2 block walk to Vista’s Restaurant along a heated walkway. Or use the free Arrowhead/Beaver Creek shuttle to shop and/or dine in Beaver Creek. Shuttles usually run run every 1/2 hour and the pick-up is adjacent to the Breezeway just steps from our unit.
If you are looking for the easiest skiing/snowboarding experience while staying in an exquisitely designed and finished condo, look no further than our unit.
As a friendly reminder, both pets and smoking are not allowed within the building.

Hardwood floors, updated SMART TV with sounds bar, elegant art and decoration, and an extremely comfortable living room with 4 new leather recliners invites relaxation as you warm by the fireplace after an unforgettable day on the slopes.
Witness the action at the base of the lift while grilling on our gas grill from one of our two decks, or watch the kids swim and enjoy the hot tub from the second deck.
Test our new recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with a gas range that even offers a wine cooler. Enjoy a family/friend gathering at our dining table with seating for 8.
An underground heated garage offers a dedicated parking space with easy access to the elevator without ever venturing outside. Take the elevator to the top floor and our condo is the first door you see.
Also located in the heated garage is our private ski locker. So no need to carry skis, snowboard, or poles up to the unit. Store all these in a private locker for easy access.
Dirty clothes are never an issue with an in-unit washer and dryer.

We offer damage protection for only $79 that covers up to $3,000 in damages. Now there isn’t a need to provide a large security deposit, nor worry about collecting a balance if damage occurs. We strive to provide the most stress free experience possible.

Lovely ski in and out condo that had all the necessities to make if a fabulous ski vacation. Host was responsive, condo was clean and the location was perfect.
The condo was exactly as described - and even more. The interior is beautiful and gives an “at home” feel. The kitchen had everything we needed - even for cooking meals at home. The bedding was super comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked. We just wish there had been some snow to enjoy the ski in - ski out advantage. Next time!
Our family of 6 absolutely loved this property. Perfect location for ski in- ski out, lots of space, and many amenities for your convenience. Steve, the property manager, is very attentive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
The unit is beautiful inside the gate in Arrowhead. The unit is very well stocked. Great location right at the Arrowhead Lift. Just an FYI, Arrowhead is lower than BC and Bachelor’s Gulch, and if early season conditions exist then you have to download on the lift.
We had the most perfect ski get-away here. The location is amazing (exactly how it’s described). Literally just steps from the lift. Plus the cozy little Arrowhead/Alpine Club location is great for families. Away from the huge crowds, relaxing, and convenient. Loved the pool and hot tub. The condo is large (easily fit our family of six), and clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. And Steve our host was super helpful and responsive. Thank you so much Steve!

We loved our stay between from 12/28 - 1/2 at Beaver Creek. The location is fantastic and takes all the normal "schlepping" out of the ski vacation. Ski lockers are just down the elevator and it was a short walk to the lift. The condo has a great kitchen and living area that was very spacious. It was great to turn on the fireplace and watch football after skiing. Underground parking was a super plus. Communication with the owner was prompt. Highly recommended.
