«Arrived around 12 and were only staying one night, leaving early the next morning. The check in is at 3 and you are not able to use the facilities at the hotel before check in. We asked if we could use the roof top pool before check in, after some discussions we were allowed to use the pool from 1, but we had to pay an additional fee (5500 yen). «特に不満に感じるようなことはありませんでした。 テレビはありますがテレビ番組は観れず、Youtubeなどが視聴できます。»

«Great room. Small but clean and comfortable for the price. Great Japanese style breakfast included in the price.»

«Homely little place nestled within walking distance to everything. The bar when you walk in is a nice touch—you don’t have to drink in order to appreciate it as a gathering place, and opportunity to converse with fellow travelers.»

«Great place to stay»

«We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you»

«立地環境は良かったです。 喫煙部屋しか無かったので宿泊しましたが、やはり臭いが気になりました。 芳香剤などが欲しかったです。»
