I asked for a hotel near Ganado, AZ and expedia said we found a Motel in edna, ~6.8 miles from Ganado. I made the reservation and kept driving to Ganado AZ, then 5 miles out I asked gps to navigate me to Edna, Az. Can't be found. I looked on the map, nope. I checked the reservation and realized expedia reserved me a room in Edna, TX. Seriously??? And I didnt pay for the refund option but my intention was to have a bed in ARIZONA, not TEXAS. Shame on Expedia

Didn’t stay! Checked in was there ten minutes and it smelled horrible! Black mold in each room and my kids and grands found four roaches. We left! Want a full refund and have yet received it!

The office smelled terrible, like garbage. Check in ok, not the friendily staff. The room seemed fairly clean, but also had a faint smell. Small ice box needed attention, freezer compartment frosted over terrible

Don't Waste Your Money-Terrible Hotel
The whole experience was terrible. The man at the front desk was rude, told me I had to pay for my room even though I paid through Hotels.com. The room smelled terrible and it was filthy!! Dried blood stains on the sheets, bath tub had not been cleaned, the floors were saggy and rotten under the carpet (we were on the 2nd floor). And the beds were like sleeping on a piece of wood. It was not a place that I would ever stay at again. I give it ZERO stars.

Clean room, frigid AC in the coastal heat and humidity. Clean, maintained property. Accommodating staff for all the times I had to renew my room because of variable work schedule. Easy access to the highway and to town.

Choose somewhere else
Old and dirty. Needs to be completely redone and cleaning standards put in place. Beds weren't even comfortable. Two positives were the AC worked great and there was great water pressure but I'll be staying somewhere else next time.

I prefer doors on inside of a building. Room was clean, had Christian channels on TV, microwave, fridge, soaps, etc., enough towels. We were offered water upon arrival and the front desk guy walked back here to ask if room location was satisfactory. We will stay again.

Not what I thought
Was expecting a better hotel. The carpet definitely needs to be redone or replaced with tile, the shower sqreaches horribly and the area around the hotel is just sketchy. Other then that it was okay.

Nasty place with bugs!
This place was horrible! Im good with it being an older place, however it was nasty!! My wife's feet turned black when walking across the carpet after she took a shower. The handicap rail was rusted off of the wall in the shower. The next morning, my son had to kill a roach so he could take a shower. My wife killed 2 more roaches in the room. Food still in the fridge from the prwvios guest. No iron in the room, thats a first. Had it not been 11pm when they checked in, they would have checked out that night. She checked out at 7am. She asked about the breakfast that was advertised online and on their sign in front of the building and was told "no breakfast due to the covid", clerk had no response when she asked why it was still on the sign. The best part of the stay was the easy refund of the 2nd night and the tv worked....

Dirty with holes in the ceiling.
This inn was awful. The ONLY thing clean was the sheets, thank goodness. The bed was super uncomfortable. The night clerk was rude. The sidewalks had icebuckets with cigarettes everywhere, pizza boxes and pizza strewn all over the stairs, unkept grass, water pipes that made noise. Not only will I never stay here again; I'll never stay at Americas Best Value anywhere again.

Hotel needs some cleanup the room had spider webs and hairs in bathroom and in sheets. Mold on ceiling. Carpet needed to be thoroughly vaccumed.

The electric outlet at the sink was non-functioning. Made this discovery after shampooing hair. So, the installed hair dryer could not be used, and I had not packed mine.😣 The bed was comfortable, but you can tell if sitting on the edge that the mattress is breaking down on the sides. Other than that, it met our needs.
