Right from the moment I walked in the hotel lobby I should have known this would be a horrible hotel. There was a lady gushing blood from the head and she had tripped over the entry rug. The blood was cleaned by another customer and was left till the next morning. I will be calling AHS to complain. No staff was assisting and even said oh thank goodness other customers are taking care of her I’m too busy to deal with that and then said this was the second person to trip on this rug. The hotel room was nice but the fireplace did not work, the tv didn’t work except cable even though they had a thing on the table saying you could stream no you can’t. The temp of the jacuzzi tub wasn’t working properly and we almost burnt ourselves because the water wouldn’t go cold and we left the water sit for 2 hours and it was still too hot. We found a dirty face cloth in the couch cushion when it slid from us standing up. At check out is when things really hit the fan. The staff member at the desk kamal was the most unprofessional hotel attendant I’ve ever met! She accused me of lying about having a pet when i told them on Expedia and at check in. If I was hiding my dog don’t you think I’d hide her in a kennel not on leash and past employees?! When asked to call the manager she sat there laughing on the phone and when I told her I know her language and what she said she got extremely defensive and extremely rude. I tried talking to the manager to explain and she was just accusing me of lying.
