This is a legal basement suite in a shared property, and the upstairs unit also operates as a vacation rental. The suite includes sound insulation to help reduce noise transfer, but some everyday noise, such as footsteps or voices, may occasionally be heard. Bathroom: The 4-piece bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You’ll also find a few extra convenience items such as Q-tips and facial cotton pads.
Parking: Street parking is available in front of the side entrance, and space is typically available for up to two vehicles. Driveway parking is not included.

This property requires a $250 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.
✔ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay. Detailed check-in instructions, including the Smart Lock code, will be sent to you 24 hours before arrival.
✔ SECURITY DEVICES
We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit. There is ONE OUTDOOR security camera located at the main entrance, used only to monitor outdoor activity. It records motion-activated events only, not 24/7. We use a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations and only monitors overall noise levels.
✔ CANCELLATION POLICY
VRBO and Expedia bookings follow a relaxed cancellation policy. Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Reservations cancelled 14 or more days before check-in are eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus non-refundable payment processing fees. Reservations cancelled 7 to 14 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus non-refundable payment processing fees. Reservations cancelled fewer than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
