• Please use your own personal items to remove makeup/ foundations, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain.
• Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
• Street parking, back driveway side by side parking and double garage parking available. Garage access to be requested via message after booking. Our driveway and garage is suitable for sedans or SUVs. larger/longer vehicles, can be parked on the street in front of the house.
Checkout Rules:
• Please return all household items and belongings to their rightful places at the end of your stay including hangers in closets and returning remotes in the labelled remote baskets.
• Please load and start dishwasher before leaving. Hand wash all other non-dishwasher safe dishes.
• Please wipe down any spills, throw away any leftover food, empty out fridge and leave the property neat, and free of rubbish on your departure.
• Please make sure garbage bag is not overfilled and tie top of garbage bag before leaving.
• Please unplug irons/steamers, toaster and coffee maker. Turn off all TVs, electrical appliances, gas stove, oven, extension cords, taps/water and all lights/lamps before you leave.
• Leave all sofa beds fully open so they can be cleaned.
