Settle into this modern basement suite in McKernan, a residential neighbourhood in south-central Edmonton. With contemporary finishes, your own kitchen and laundry, and a separate entrance, the suite offers a comfortable base for short or longer stays.



Whether you’re visiting family, working nearby, or spending time at the university or hospital complex, you’ll be close to neighbourhood cafés, parks, and transit.

The homeowner’s family lives upstairs with two young children. You will hear some household activity, particularly in the mornings and during weekend days. Please consider this setting if you are sensitive to noise.

You’re booking the entire basement suite, with private use of all rooms and amenities described above.



The suite has a separate entrance reached by a lit pathway. The upstairs residence and backyard are not included in your reservation.

We’re available through the booking platform if you have questions or need help during your stay. Please message us if anything needs attention so we can work to resolve it.



We won’t be available in person. The booking platform is our preferred way to communicate.
