Veldig stabilt og god gratis wifi men det ble ikke vasket på rom under opphold. Vi måtte purre mange ganger for å få de til å komme med håndklær og dopapir. Søppel ble ikke tømt og ikke fikk vi rene kaffikopper. Ellers var de ansatte hyggelige. God frokost

Wrong name. But very Nice hotel.
Alt var bra på dette hotellet. Bortsett fra at det var nesten umulig å finne. Vi fant greit fram til adressen, men navnet på hotellet var jo noe helt annet enn det som står på sidene til hotels.com. Hotellet heter jo "Simpsons Townhouse". Inngangen er i bakgården.

Great hotel!
Friendly and serviceminded personnell, nice breakfast with eggs, bacon, beans, tomato, mushroom and haggis if you wanted! And more choices if you wanted! Centrally located, short walking distance from the Castle and nice pub areas. 24 hour service in the reception/bar was also great. Highly recommended!

First let me say the staff here are excellent and kind. However this property is way overpriced for what u get - in a month in staying in a dozen hotels I feel totally rip off for what you get here. Dirty carpets, shower head falls out if the wall with water pouring in out of the plumbing pipe small rooms torn sheets . Windows are doubled up hardly open. If you pay more than 100 pounds for this place ur getting ripped off. I paid 300. Not happy but if you pre book in several nights and the property is crap you have no way out. The rating is not correct and is unfair to the hotels that actually are decent. Stay away from this Leonardo hotel it is not like others in this brand. I just hope they pay their staff well because that is all they have.

The castle visit
We arrived at the hotel and were delt with very well but only got access to one of our rooms(302)as the other (408) was still being cleaned we went to rest awaiting a phone call alerting us to its readyness this didnt come it turns out phone in the room was broken When we did get to our other room it waa very nice apart from the absence of curtains on the small window and a lose tile on the bathroom floor which was sorted for when we returned from our evening. all in all we had a good stay.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The location was phenomenal for a tourist -- just down the street from Grassmarket and a short walk from there to Princess Street, the castle, Royal Mile, etc. In the other directions were quieter but still active neighborhoods with endless options for food and drinks. The hotel itself was a bit dated but well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the room was, despite my being on the ground floor right up against the reception area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat for my next visit.

Overall disappointed. Hotel was average for a high price. Not as good as other other hotels of the same name. Say in the other hotels in group all the time
