Owner was very nice and welcoming. Some areas in disarray upon arrival from previous tenant. She did clean up some areas later on. Room was great. Breakfast was very nice. Enjoyed our stay. We do recommend.

The decor was vintage and quaint. We were served the most delicious breakfast. The pool was heated and prefect for swimming. The owner even had warm chocolate chip cookies ready for when we returned from dinner. We will definitely stay again.

Great Option for First Monday Trade Days
This was a great place to stay for First Monday Trade Days. It was only about a ten minute beautiful drive from Canton. Ashley was a gracious host and made our stay wonderful. The room was cozy and beds were comfortable. Our room had a queen size bed and a double bed. There was also a mirror to use for getting ready and a TV in the room. We enjoyed the common area living room as it had some fun board and card games. Please note that the two bathrooms in this establishment are shared among guests staying in the 4ish rooms, but the bathrooms are close to the rooms and sharing never caused issue for us. I would recommend bringing a robe, slippers and personal bag to carry your toiletries to/from the bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious (french toast casserole, quiche, bacon), and she always had coffee, tea, snacks and water available. We had to leave super early one morning of our stay and Ashley left muffins, breakfast bars and cereal for us. The backyard was a beautiful oasis with a nice pool, hot tub and seating area with a TV. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit!

Our last minute family getaway was made very relaxing thanks in no small part to our gracious host. The rooms and beds were warm and comfortable. Although the inn was fully booked, the large outdoor space made it comfortable for us all to enjoy private or communal time without feeling cramped. The hot tub was sanitized between uses and our bathroom at least twice during our one night stay. We particularly enjoyed eating supper around the fire pit.

I have stayed in hundreds of B&B's on three continents and this one ranks among the most hospitable (in one of the nicest small towns!). IThe owner's are attentive, professional and it's clean as a whistle. It's a pleasure to stay here!

The hostess was friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The breakfast foods were excellent and our hostess had thought of so many little things to make our stay great. The only thing I can think of that could have been better was the twin bed in our room was squeaky. But everything else was exceptional and when we are in the area we will stay there again.

Best B&B in the area
I had a lovely stay while visiting family. The owners were very kind throughout my entire stay. My room was even ready with a mint on my pillow. Breakfast was totally awesome as well as a good swim in the pool. I will return

Guests share upstairs and downstairs bathroom. BF is very good. Comfortable beds and one TV downstairs. Only 4 bedrooms and 9 miles to I-20 and Canton, Texas. Railroad runs through the small town with a Sonic, one Mexican Restaurant and no shopping but a "small town museum". This is a typical BandB.

Perfect place to stay.
Went to Canton trade days. This B&B is a perfect place to stay while visiting Canton or any other local areas. Just 10 miles straight down the road to the West Gate parking. Couldn’t be easier. Ashley, the owner, did everything possible to make sure we were satisfied. House is a 100+ year old house that has been tastefully decorated. She is a great cook as well. Highly recommend staying here.

This is a very nice place to stay. The owner is a very sweet and friendly person that try’s to meet all your needs. We were going to the First Monday flea market in Canton and chose to stay here and we were so glad we did. It is only a 10 min drive to the flea market and very reasonably priced. We have already told our family about this place so they can stay there when they come down this summer. The house is beautifully decorated and has a pool and hot tub for after a long day of walking. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and there is no way you could leave hungry. They also offer a great menu if you would like to have them cook supper for a great price. The supper was great and the service was outstanding. Can say enough about how great this place was. We will always stay here when we return.

We stayed at Ashley’s bed & breakfast during our weekend trip to Canton. We would highly recommend! It was a simple drive once you leave first Monday trade days. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We were greeted with snacks and warm cookies when we arrived! Rooms are decorated beautifully, with a very comfortable bed. The shower/bath was stocked with bath bombs and lavender scrubs. Breakfast was great and very filling! There is also a nice pool area, but we didn’t use since it was winter. We will definitely be back!

Ashlee, the owner/proprietor, is an amazing hostess! The property is beautiful, our room was cozy and lovely and Ashlee made us feel right at home! I highly recommend this B&B! We will definitely come back here.
