I arrived at this hotel on 12/19/2025 at 10:15 PM. They did not find my booking. They just said to contact Expedia. I tried for half an hour, only to talk to a robot. This was extremely frustrating, especially that the price was payed through. Expedia. In the end, having no other option, I had to pay the hotel for a room, which made a total of $538! All this time, the guy at the front desk was bluntly repeating that he is sorry and they had similar problems with Expedia in the past. But he did nothing to help, or ease my situation. I was angry, indeed, but polite, and he did not give me even instructions how to go to my room. I felt anything but a "valued customer"!
