THE SWEET MOUNTAIN RETREAT has a MAIN LEVEL and also a LOWER LEVEL.
There is ample parking directly in front of the condo and there are four steps leading into the building.

Once you enter the condo, you will be on the MAIN LEVEL.

MAIN LEVEL HAS:

 Fully-Stocked, Newly Remodeled Kitchen with All Appliances, Breakfast Bar & Barstools.
 Living Room Area with lots of windows, a deck with a patio that looks out onto the Beautiful Wasatch Mountains, Gas Fireplace, High-Def Smart TV, Plenty of Comfortable Seating.
 1st Guest Bedroom with a Queen-Size Bed.
 1st Full-size very spacious Bathroom.

HEADING DOWNSTAIRS:

 You will find the 2nd Guest Bedroom.
 2nd Full-Size Bathroom.
 Large Laundry Room with both Washer & Dryer, Laundry soap, Iron & Ironing Board.

PRIMARY BEDROOM IS ALSO DOWNSTAIRS :

 The 3rd Bedroom (Master Bedroom).
 King-size Bed.
 Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Closet, TV.

GUEST ACCESS ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL:

It is self-check-in, and your door access code will be provided by text message prior to your check-in time. Please be sure to provide your best contact cell phone number to receive this information.

• Check-in time is 4pm or later
• Check-out time is by 11am
*Whenever possible, we do try to accommodate our guests’ travel schedule, however, early check-in or Late check-out requests must be made in writing and in advance. Approval is on an individual basis and depends upon the cleaning team’s schedule and the reservation schedule.

BABY EQUIPMENT:

On a limited basis, we can provide one highchair, one pack-n-play (with a crib sheet) and a baby gate at no extra charge. This must be requested at the time of booking or prior to arrival. These items are brand new and are inspected before and after use. They need to be returned clean and in the same condition given, otherwise a replacement fee or a cleaning fee will be applied.

Guest Access:
A Door Code will be provided just prior to your check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin & Nordic Valley Utah Ski Resorts. You can hop on the UTA Public Ski Bus right by building 2 in the condo complex, Make sure to purchase tickets for Powder online well in advance, especially for Night Skiing which is just $19 every night but does sell out often.

During the summer, try horseback riding or rent a boat for a day on Pineview Reservoir to water ski, wakeboard or fish. Shop in Eden, where the local stores are full of unique gifts, antiques, art and clothing. Top the day off with great dining at one of the great restaurants in Eden, Huntsville or Ogden. Eden, Utah is located in Ogden Valley, is also home to Wolf Creek Utah Championship Golf Course. Snowbasin will again host downhill events when the Winter Olympics return to Utah in 2034! Powder Mountain will strive to maintain an uncrowded experience for both their homeowners and the public. Our local favorite, Nordic Valley offers the very best in accessible and affordable skiing and snowboarding!

Other Things to Note:
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE YOU BOOK:

1. You must be 21 years of age or older to book this condo. A current and valid form of ID is required at time of booking. Two-night minimum is required.

2. This Property is for Lodging Only for a maximum of 6 guests. Sorry, gatherings or parties of any type are not allowed. If in doubt, kindly submit an inquiry, we will be happy to clarify.

3. There is a "No Animal" policy in place for this property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law.

4. We cannot accept 3rd party bookings. If you book it, you must be the one staying at the property.

5. PAYMENTS: 50% of the total amount due is collected at time of booking. Final payment is collected 30 days prior to your check-in date.

6. Smoking of Any Kind (cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, cigars, etc……) is not allowed in the home or within 10ft. of the Entry Doors. Any evidence of smoking left behind on the property is subject to an extra cleaning fee and/or a smoke mitigation fee.
