«Property said pet friendly but when you got there said no dogs upstairs, not good when you have a dog with separation anxiety. Didn't find out until che k in details came through that there was no parking on the street the house is on. House was dirty. Tried to use hoover, it was totally blocked and not usable, had a broom but no dustpan so couldn't even do any cleaning of floors while there.»

«Perfect property for a family gathering. Lots of space inside and for dining. Parking was great outside the back of the house for all three cars each day.»

«Nice quirky barn conversion and on a working farm if you like that sort of thing. Not well signposted and accessed by a farm track I wouldn't like to negotiate in winter. Given it's a twenty minute walk into Cromford a few tea bags and milk would have been welcome when we got there. Wine nice touch, tea facilities essential. Yes we could have taken our own.. «Very cute little cottage. It is very clean, has all the comforts of home but away from home.
