A former 18th-century building, lovingly and passionately restored, the "Gîte des Fontaines" blends old-world charm with a touch of modernity. Comfortable and spacious, it is perfect for a group of 10 people. The layout allows everyone to maintain their privacy. It's a place where you feel at home from the moment you arrive, a perfect little haven to recharge and create beautiful memories together. Its spacious rooms and stone walls keep it cool in summer, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable stay even on the hottest days. The large adjoining orchard is a true little paradise: trampoline, ping-pong table, soccer goal, pétanque court… Here, everyone finds something to enjoy, whether it's playing, exercising, or simply relaxing in the peace and quiet of nature. A warm and welcoming haven where it's good to live, share, and unwind. Our gîte is located in the heart of a small village of about a hundred inhabitants, where sharing, mutual support, and joyful moments are part of everyday life. An authentic village that has retained all its old-world charm. Peaceful and welcoming, it appeals to nature lovers, walkers, and explorers. The village sees little car traffic, as the main road completely bypasses the village center. You can thus enjoy a peaceful stay, and it is very easy to park several vehicles right in front of the house. The location is ideal: close to the A38 (Dijon–Paris axis) and only 20 minutes from the Cité de la Gastronomie et du Vin in Dijon. You will also be a stone's throw from the lakes of Grosbois-en-Montagne and Panthier, the magnificent castles of Commarin and Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, and just a few kilometers from the Côte de Beaune wine region and the famous Hospices de Beaune. A privileged setting for discovering Burgundy in all its beauty.
