«Great!»

«Room as spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant. Alarm clocks are hard to see by day, and don't light up at night. Surprising a hotel in Ann Arbor doesn't include Big Ten Network on it's TV. The "restaurant" at the bar offered two dinner choices the night I dropped by: A hamburger or one other choice that I don't even remember. The hotel had a power outage my second morning there, so no internet, coffee, hot water, etc. Some lights did work, and one elevator still worked, but that went on ...

«The location of this hotel if you are going to a sporting event of U of M is great. Everything is walkable. If you go uptown it’s a long trek but doable. The hotel was very clean & staff were very helpful. The free parking on a game weekend was very much appreciated.»

«Nice hotel, excellent location. Desk gals were lovely. The HVAC system was the loudest I have ever heard, making sleep very difficult.»

«God seng, rent og trivelig rom. Hyggelig resepsjon.»

«A beautiful and unique property, with excellent staff and service. Breakfast was excellent and the wait staff very engaging. Only issue I would present is some very old and grungy grout conditions in the walk-in shower, otherwise I look forward to staying here again.»

«We had a wonderful stay! The bed and breakfast is beautiful, spotless, and so peaceful. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious, with great attention to detail, and truly one of the highlights of our visit. The different themed rooms were beautiful, and we especially loved the castle-like feel throughout the property. The stunning gardens added to the peaceful atmosphere and made our stay feel even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience ...

«The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfectly located - within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and Michigan Stadium.»

«Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.»

«The hotel is close to anything you may be planning to do in Ann Arbor. Easy access to the highway and to campus or The Big House, and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. The 24 hour coffee and tea service is a plus along with generous hours for breakfast service in the morning. The staff was very helpful, friendly, ...

«Decent hotel at the price point. Easy going and friendly staff.»

«Room very clean; staff incredibly nice especially at the check-in; check-in process very fast; parking nice and lucky to have a spot in front of my room window and so was able to see my car from inside; quieter side of hotel at my request when I told her I was in the hotel in preparation of an exam; she was very helpful. I regret I didn't ask her name; but she was the one at 3PM yesterday Sunday. This morning staff nice too. I didn't interact much with; but I called at 10:38AM for extension at ...
