Property could be up dated. Rooms were clean but exterior needs some repair. Breakfast was very limited. Coffee was horrible. No one was at desk. We won't be back.

Wasn’t able to stay because of booking issue, hotel put all liability on Expedia and Expedia wasn’t willing to do anything to remedy the issue. Got charged for the room and wasn’t able to stay. No idea about the quality of the room or hotel. But if you work with a booking agent there needs to be a better partnership to work out issues other than passing blame onto the next party to not have to deal with it but still happily take my money for not providing any service or lodging whatsoever.

Nice property. The only complaint is lack of staff. The morning desk person was running desk, trying to keep breakfast bar full and answering phones.

The room itself was ok. Not horrible but nothing spectacular either. Beds were a bit firm. Shower didn’t seem the cleanest and the water pressure was horrible. Area is great… located near the mall and lots of food options. Kwik Trip is across the street! Staff is friendly too.

We went to Eau Claire, WI for a short girl's trip. The hotel location was good, several places to eat, shop, movies, walking trails, etc. The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast had enough choices for all of us. We did not use the hot tub or pool this time, but I have during other stays. That area is small, but works. Had a room with 2 bedrooms plus used the pull out couch. Beds were good, room clean. Not many utensils, but enough for us 3 gals. Priced well, enjoyed our stay.

The room was fine, but the noise (stomping) from the guests, or whoever, upstairs was very loud and consequently I did not sleep well at all. The breakfast was sub par. The "omelettes" were rubbery andvthete wete only 3. Very little food. Disappointing aftet being up most of the night.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is nicely located around lots of shopping and dining options. Some stuff could be updated but overall nice hotel and clean. Hot tub was very hot. Pool warm but small. Kids enjoyed it though

Not happy
So the bathroom wasn't clean the back of the door was horrible there was no toilet paper soap or towels remotes don't work , heat was in and off charged me way more than the online price
