Escape to lake life at this bright Lake Sinclair retreat with private lake access and wide, unobstructed water views. Start your morning with coffee on the deck as the lake sparkles, spend the afternoon kayaking from the dock, and end the day watching a beautiful sunset over the water right next to the fire pit.

The home sleeps up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. Inside, the open living space and large windows keep the lake view front and center, while the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating make it easy to relax and gather together.

Outside is where the experience shines. Kayaks are provided so you can explore the lake, fish, or paddle at sunset. Enjoy meals on the covered deck, grill by the water, swing under the trees, or unwind around the fire pit under the stars.

Located on Lake Sinclair — one of Georgia’s most beloved lakes — just 1.5 hours from Atlanta.

15–20 minutes from several popular local venues, including Glen Mary Historic Home, Johnson Farm Events, Mockingbird Hill Farm. It’s the perfect place for wedding guests, family gatherings, or groups looking to relax by the lake while staying close to the celebration.

25–35 minutes from Georgia College & State University, Georgia Military College, and Central Georgia Technical College, making it a convenient place to stay for campus visits, graduation ceremonies, sporting events, and family weekends.

Besides the private dock, guests can also enjoy the semi-private community boat ramp, which features two covered pavilions and two docks.

Boat lifts are for owner use only and are not available for guest boats.

Please note that the lake is seasonally lowered each year from October 25 through December 5. During this routine drawdown, water access from the property will not be available, and swimming, boating, and other lake activities will not be possible.

For safety and security, this property has exterior security cameras. Two cameras are located at the driveway and back patio area to monitor outdoor entry points, and two more located at the dock area near water. There are no cameras inside the home or in private areas.
