This beautiful lake home has 7 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. Enjoy this BIG and amazing lake view, with a private dock. It’s located on the south end of Lake Oconee in a very Quiet and Beautiful cove! This property is ideal for family gatherings or retreats. See the heavenly sunrise and romantic evening moon that reflects in the water from your bedrooms. Enjoy the serenity of a screened in porch with amazing views of the lake. Game room with TV, Kayaks, Ping Pong, Bikes, Fishing rods, Children’s indoor Playhouse, Large TVs for those great games and movies. Cable and internet provided, Use the grill with a great view of the lake from your deck. (There will be a $50 charge for cleaning the grill and fire pit unless you clean it before checkout). Very walkable area with a 17 acre Nature Trail in the neighborhood. Swim from the dock with a ladder access. *Fire pit, multiple DVDs available for a relaxing movie. Two stoves available for those big family reunions. Seating for eating area as well as seated space for 8 in the breakfast/kitchen. Seating for 8 in the dinning room. Seating for 14 in the terrace area, seating for 8 on the deck. The main floor has a master suite (king bed) with a bathroom that has a separate shower and garden tub. The two additional bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and one room has a queen bed and the other a set of twin beds. Downstairs has 2 additional rooms. One bedroom is furnished with king bed and the other has two doubles that share a very large bathroom with a garden tub and shower. The two bedrooms upstairs have a queen and the other one has two queens and a daybed. There are 2 full kitchens with one on the main floor, one downstairs. Den has plenty of seating for entertainment with a classic but comfortable lake feel. The living room is a great retreat for more privacy during large events. The large terrace level is another great entertaining space with a large TV comfortable seating. Two tables and other seating accommodates 22 people easily while entertaining.

Gorgeous Property

The house was everything we expected and more. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use it as much as we’d like just because we were there for an event but if we come down next year for the same event we plan to stay at this house and add a couple extra days to the trip in order to enjoy the home. The owner and property manager were very accommodating and quick to respond if we needed anything.

Best Customer Service I have ever received from a VRBO owner on a crazy week.

We booked several days in this home to escape Hurricane MIlton. We were well cared for by owners representative, Carley, and the owner Lem. The house was clean and we were offered multiple times to have someone come in a freshen the place up for us because we needed to check in earlier than planned, they were flexible and wonderful. Snacks were provided and the home was well appointed for us. We were blessed to have such wonderful and accommodating people for our stay. This home is clean, homey feeling, with everything I could think to need including soaps, paper products, etc. 5 stay all the way on this one! Great job!!!

Grandson’s Deployment to Kuwait

All my family from SC were able to come. My immediate family live in Roswell, GA and everyone was there except our granddaughter. We are not sure Ben, our grandson, will be here Christmas since he reports to his home base 12/4/2023. Your house is absolutely beautiful and the layout was great. It was really difficult to look past how dirty (trash can outside and the ones in the garage were full) and dirty towels in the bathrooms. The vacuum left in the hallway and on and on. I’ve rented quite a number of VRBO homes and this one was the dirtiest.

Lovely lake house

Large, lovely lake house on a quiet part of Lake Oconee. Well stocked kitchen. Nice size dock. Plenty of room for our family vacation (16 adults and 1 infant). Very responsive host.

This house was spectacular from the welcoming flowers to the views of the lake. Lem was the perfect host and it was a great house to hold a family reunion. Lots of room and plenty of things to do. Highly recommend.

Peaceful Retreat

This amazing property was just what we needed as a family after a unexpected loss. We wanted a nice relaxing environment to help celebrate and relax for the weekend. It was a very spacious lake house and the views where amazing. This property will definitely be used in the future. It was really worth what we paid & more. A Little Piece of Heaven!

Three retired couples looking for a great getaway found it here! First, the home is just as described, FANTASTIC with plenty of space to share with others. This home is structured inside and out with room to stretch out displaying beautiful views of Lake Oconee. The dock area is another extension of the home where we spent a great amount of our time fishing, sunbathing, sipping on a refreshing drink and admiring the views. The use of the pontoon to cruise around the lake was a bonus! The home was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed and some! Lem, the owner was very responsive to questions and suggestions to make our stay even more enjoyable, thank you Lem!

Great property!

We had two families enjoy Lem's house this summer! The house itself was fantastic for two families with lots of kids. The location is a bit off the path as Publix and local restaurants are about 25 minutes away and the internet was a bit slow. But, the house is located in a nice cove off the lake where the kids could enjoy floating around and jumping off the dock and plenty of pace for us to enjoy quiet nights cooking and enjoying the view. Lem was very responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. All in all, this was a great property, that both families enjoyed. The stand up paddle boards, kayak, ping pong table were all a hit! The basement is like its own house. If you are looking for a quiet get away , we would recommend Lem's house! We look forward to going back!

Large Family and Friend Getaway

We have been visiting Lake Oconee for about 12 years and this year’s visit was without a doubt the most memorable and absolutely perfect! The property owner, Lem, and property manager, Rachael, we’re amazing to work with and incredibly accommodating. To say the property is immaculate would be an understatement. The home is beautiful and the grounds rival anything we’ve ever experienced. The location of this home on the lake is ideal, especially if you like to get on the water and visit the “rock” (3 mins by boat) or even take a short boat ride to the sandbar and the Ritz. We are already counting down the days until our next visit!

Beautiful lakefront home!

Three families with children shared this wonderful home for New Years week. We enjoyed the comfort the home had to offer with breathtaking views. I was originally concerned with the lack of reviews on VRBO, however the home was recently purchased and new to the site. The owners communication with me was first class from the start as he answered many of my questions throughout the process. I highly recommend this home for large families or groups, 3 different levels with multiple masters to choose from. Owner also offers a pontoon boat for rent that I can only imagine would be incredible to use in the warmer months. Comfortable furniture, new linens, 2 fireplaces, new Webber gas grill, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and more. Highly recommend this rental, our family and friends had an amazing week!
